ZSX Medical implements a Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Procedure that governs disclosure and management of financial conflicts of interest in research funded by the Public Health Service (PHS) and by the National Science Foundation (NSF). That Procedure follows 42 CFR Part 50 Subpart F.
