Mr. Crombie has 30 years of experience as a successful product & portfolio developer for diverse markets (surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and consumer) and diverse specialties (orthopedic, sports medicine, plastic & reconstructive surgery, spine, neurosurgery, blood diagnostic, medical software, general surgery, women’s health care, and consumer), including with Pfizer, Ethicon, and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Crombie has a solid track record of commercializing innovations and intellectual property while identifying and growing new opportunities, combining strong technical ability with leadership and creativity to drive strategic and tactical initiatives. Among 70 issued patents and across seven companies, Mr. Crombie has maintained a 70% commercialization rate of intellectual property. He is experienced in business process improvement methodologies, IP management, market & customer analysis, global team management, and the design and manufacture of Class II and Class III implantable devices and instrumentation systems.
